TAKE A BREAK & COMMUNICATE
A one-day event filled with lots of programmes and activities designed to enhance the communication skills among the visitors. Centre of Communication Studies have taken a step forward in conducting the very first communication event organized by the three sequence which are CIT, INC and CMAP. The main highlight of the event is Career Talk by Dato' Najmuddin Abdullah, Senior Vice President of Strategic Communication for Malaysia Airlines.





BOWLING TOURNAMENT
This time around CMAP Association take a different approach in strengthening the bond between juniors, seniors and lecturers. Located at Plaza Alam Sentral Shah Alam, the tournament turned out to be a successful one. All the participants were very energetic and played their hearts out. The best bowler won by Syazwan Sazali and our '2.4.8 Strikes' won by Azwan Kimori.





DIALOGUE IN THE DARK
DID is a program designed to enhance students’ communication skills and preparation for industrial training. CMAP Association had taken the initiative to send all semester 5 students to participate in the one day workshop organized by Petrosains. Students were equipped with new necessary communication skills through series of activities. Such event is vital in creating leaders of tomorrow.





CMAP GENERAL MEETING
Following the tradition, a meeting was held in welcoming our new students from semester 1 and semester 3. The objective is to introduce and explain the course outline together with assisting the students throughout the course. The students were welcomed by the course coordinator, Mdm Yuslinda and also the CMAP committees.





SINGAPORE ACADEMIC TRIP
Our academic trip consists of both academic and leisure experiences. Students and lecturers as well as CMAP committees were given the chance to witness the unique and modernization culture of Singapore. We collaborated with Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and experienced their daily academic routine as well as amazing learning atmosphere in Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information. Other places that we visited include the Merlion statue and Gardens by the Bay.





BARBECUE NIGHT
This time around CMAP family day brings difference unlike before in strengthening the bond between students and lecturers of MC248. With the theme, “Put On Your Checkered Clothes”, students and lecturers doing various interesting activities together. This casual gathering was a success in creating an enjoyable and relaxed environment. Masscomm Square had witnessed the friendship and beautiful synergy among us in making the event more alive.
